Dance Workshop with Samir Calixto

During this workshop the choreographer will focus on the main creative elements behind his latest production RAIZ.

He offers an insight in his choreografic universe where inner impulses and strong physicality meet.

Technically, Calixto will focus on developing an organic sense of movement through a sensitive approach to articulation and physical awareness. 

To get a glimpse into this universe, participants will be led to explore unconventional physical textures. From there, they will investigate how external elements - such as a coherent musical setting or some other imagery - can have a powerful influence on the creation of unique and personal movement material.
