steptext dance project e. V. (steptext) initiates, forms and establishes cooperations, working structures, education and presentation formats. Together with local, regional and international partnerships, we create and open up spaces for dance - at home and abroad, in Bremen and in the Schwankhalle. For professional dancers and young dance theater enthusiasts, for dance artists with and without disabilities, for internationally renowned ensembles and young choreographic talents, steptext organizes festivals and programs for artistic exchange, residencies, lectures, discussions, trainings and workshops. Due to this: people and ideas inspire each other, cross-cultural dialogues take place, productions emerge and invite audiences to discover and reflect.
